Unity Nursery Guarantee

Unity Nursery guarantees our trees and shrubs for one year when our staff has planted them. We ensure that they are planted properly, in the correct conditions and in the appropriate soil. We feel that professionally planted shrubs and trees have the best chance at success. There is a one time replacement per tree or shrub. There is no guarantee on roses, perennials, ground covers, annuals, or saleitems.

There is no guarantee on plants that Unity does not install.

Return Policy

We will gladly accept a return on unused, undamaged merchandise in its original package with original receipt within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Plant items that are returned must be live, sellable and in original condition.

Cash Sales will be refunded at the register for purchases under $200.00. Purchases exceeding $200.00 will be issued a store credit or mailed a check within 10 days.

Check Sales that are returned within 10 days of the purchase will be mailed a check after the 10 day period.

A Charge Card credit will be issued to the charge account used at time of purchase. Account statements are not acceptable as receipts, must have original receipt.

Returns without a receipt will be issued a store credit for the lowest sale price of the item in the last 30 days.

Special orders and clearance items are non-returnable.
