'Rainbow' is a small, native evergreen, slow growing shrub with a beautiful mix of green and cream variegated foliage with a display of pink. Leaves are glossy, pointed, and remain showy year long. Mounding, compact, arching growth habit up to 4-5' tall and 5-6' wide and easily grown in part to full shade making this shrub highly desirable for a shade garden.

In spring, drooping clusters of white flowers appear below the branches. Foliage turns to a deep plum in the fall. Part sun to shade, prefers rich, organic moist soil. Lightly prune in late winter or early spring if 'Rainbow' is a bit leggy.
