Regarded as one of the toughest lavender cultivars on the market, Lavandula x intermedia 'Phenomenal' is a hybrid lavender bred for increased cold hardiness, heat tolerance, and increased oil expression from finished flowers, making this cultivar not only exceptionally hardy, but exceptionally fragrant as well.
Growing to 30-32" tall, 'Phenomenal' is an upright variety perfect for dried flowers, sachets, and other herbal uses, and has increased disease resistance above many other cultivars as well. Lavender is an excellent flower choice for a number of pollinators, including bees and butterflies, and produces its telltale fragrant flowers in mid-summer.
