An excellent member of the Frostkiss® collection, new foliage on 'Anna's Red' emerges bronze-green with hot pink veins; plants produce deep purple buds in the winter, which bloom into brilliant reddish-purple flowers held on dark red stems in late winter. Leaves age to dark green with cream marbling and outward- facing blooms continue profusely into spring.
Hellebores are tolerant of cold, shade, and damage from deer and rabbits, and 'Anna's Red' will make an excellent addition to any space at only 18-24" tall.
