Agastache 'Blue Fortune' is a hybrid cultivar of two Agastache species, Agastache foeniculum, native to the US, and Agastache rugosa, native to east Asia. The hybrid cultivar, 'Blue Fortune,' is named for its long-blooming, fragrant, lavender-blue bottlebrush-type flowers, which bloom from the mid summer into the late fall.

Fast-growing and clump-forming by nature, 'Blue Fortune' blooms are upright, attractive in the garden, and valuable to hummingbirds, butterflies, and other kinds of pollinators, including native bumblebees. Once established, Agastache 'Blue Fortune' is drought tolerant, and resistant to deer and rabbits. With fragrant foliage and a attractive blooms, this plant makes a great addition to pollinator gardens and border plantings, but also thrives in an herb garden setting.
